The Academic Relations Committee identifies and develops opportunities for the Chapter to improve its relations with students, faculty and educational programs. Specific functions include: promoting student and faculty membership and active participation in the Chapter and ACHE; developing and maintaining relationships with schools in ACHE’s Higher Education Network (HEN); and identifying potential guest speakers for visits to student programs.

DEI Committee

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee will assist the Board of Directors and Program/Events Committee in recognizing diversity by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to design and deliver healthcare education, leadership and programs that engage our members in various ways that reflect and respect their unique perspectives and experiences.

Early Careerist Network

The ECN focuses on bringing together a committed group of early careerists through networking and educational events targeting younger healthcare professionals, ultimately growing our membership base.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee is responsible for developing member recruitment and retention activities, setting annual membership goals and evaluating member satisfaction.

Program, Events & Education Committee

The Program, Events & Education Committee offers healthcare management professionals a variety of high-quality and timely educational programs and networking events throughout the year. A majority of these programs offer Category I (face-to-face) or Category II (qualified) education credits towards advancement or recertification in ACHE.

Sponsorship Committee

The Sponsorship Committee establishes sponsorship criteria/levels/benefits, provides feedback on sponsorship packages, and develops and maintains relationships with organizations to obtain their financial support and to enhance the visibility of their brand within ACHE of Eastern Pennsylvania.
